Cancellation Policies

Catts Visitors
Vacation mode can be turned on 24h in advance if there are no confimed bookings Visitors can cancel up until 2 weeks before the booking and are entitled to a refund in this case, however we will retain the service fee (25% of the total value of the booking)
Vacation mode can be turned on 2 weeks in advance if there are confimed bookings (in case of emergencies or unexpected situations. Please, contact customer service to let us know, so we can try to re-accomodate your visitors in the best way possible) If a booking is cancelled after a 2 week period, visitors are entitled to a refund of 10% of their payment.
More than 1 cancellation in a month period are subject to a penalty of 1 month out of our Catts database. If travelers don't book a date for an outing after chatting with a Catt, they agree to pay 25% of the total value of the pre-planned outing. (Ex. You planned on your Trip Profile to hire a Catt for 3h, and the total for the service would be $48. In order to unlock the chat you'll pay 25% of that, which is $12. If after chatting with the Catt you decide not to book an outing with him, then you'll pay an extra 25% of the total service, which is another $12 for the time the Catt spent being a consultant for your trip.  
Travelers can cancel until 2 weeks before the booking to receive a 75% refund. Catts wont receive any payment in this case.  
If travelers cancel after a 2 weeks period before the booking, Catt receives 65% of the agreed payment.
